With exhibitions held all around the world, such as the Museum of Las Vegas (February / March 2013), and winning the International Art Competition in New York, Lloyds Artwork is a must-see at the upcoming Art Fair in Barcelona. Not only is Lloyd a big fan of Gaudi, his artworks are truly inspired by the master architect, and many of Lloyd artworks are then also inspired by the architectural jewel, Casa Batlló.
Lloyd who describes himself as a positive person, full of new ideas, who enjoys every second of each day, explains his ‘MORE THAN A PHOTO’ artworks: By using Photography Art creating a Digital Painting that finds the right balance between colours, shapes and lines. Asking what drives him creating his artworks, he simply says: “The freedom of just doing it, using my own fantasy”.
Lloyds best exhibition he ever took part in was at the Eiffel Tower in October 2014 Paris. Being the only Dutch contemporary artist there, exhibiting together with 80 different artists coming from 30 different countries… and winning a price! One of his wishes is almost coming true, as he always loved Casa Batlló, he now will be exhibiting here, and his Casa Batlló inspired artworks will be reunited with its original home.
