Joëlle Dinnage, Co-founder of the Global Art Agency has won the Silver Award ‘Female Entrepreneur of the Year – Business Services’ category in the 12th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honour women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the companies they run worldwide, being hailed the world’s premier business awards.

Winners were announced during the gala event at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Friday, 13th November 2015.

More than 1,400 entries were submitted this year for consideration in more than 90 categories, including Executive of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Company of the Year, Startup of the Year, Women Helping Women, and Women-Run Workplace of the Year.

Award-winning entrepreneur, businesswoman and international art dealer Joëlle Dinnage, is co-founder of one of the fastest-growing international art platforms, the Global Art Agency which has had a record year as a business, staging sell out art events across Europe, Asia and the USA.

“I’m excited and delighted to have won the Female Entrepreneur of the Year award by the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business,” said Joëlle.  “These are some of the most prestigious awards in the world for female entrepreneurs and reaching the finals and win the award is a very great honour indeed.”

“I got into art at a young age, successfully selling pieces when I was just 13, and after graduating from Art Academy in the Netherlands I set up my first business – an online art gallery making urban and graffiti art more accessible. It soon became the Google page 1 ranking for Cool Art in the UK and US.”

“I’ve since worked with hundreds of emerging contemporary artists across the world, staging big art events in beautiful and unusual venues, to bring art lovers and creators together. I love what I do and the prospect of receiving recognition for it is simply fantastic,” she said.

“High-achieving women entrepreneurs, organisations, and executives all over the world are an inspiration to girls and women who dream of starting and growing a business,” said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of the Stevie Awards.  “The first-round judges have told us how impressed they were with this year’s field of Finalists.  We’re looking forward to recognising them in New York on 13th November.”
